Tickets for access to the Thinking Football Summit are entirely digital and made available on the TFS Official App, weeks before the beginning of the event. On the day of the event, you must present the QR Code ticket included in the Official App and exchange it for a credential and wristband.
Yes, the ticket is personal and non-transferable.
You can only access the event via the QR Code ticket shown on your profile in the Official App.
There is no reimbursement, except for:
EVENT POSTPONED
In case of postponement of the event and consequent rescheduling to a new date, the original ticket will remain valid and no refunds authorised, in accordance with the legislation in force.
EVENT CANCELLED
In the case of reimbursement for cancellation of the event, this may be done within a maximum of 60 working days after the announcement of the cancellation, in accordance with the deadlines established by the promoter and Applicable legislation, without prejudice to any legislation that may be altered and/or Approved within this scope.

All ticket types allow access to the event stages, with the exception of the Streaming & Networking Pass (only with access to the official event App).

Tickets purchased give access to all panels, no ticket type allows access to only one stage or panel. Only the 3-day pass is on sale.

Drinks in plastic containers, such as snacks, will be allowed. On the premises, there are several spaces where you can buy food and drinks.
Animals are not allowed inside the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Yes, you are, but you will have to present a duly certified medical declaration, and bring only the quantity strictly necessary for the time you stay in the enclosure. It is not allowed to enter the premises with goods that can be traded, according to their nature or quantity.

Entry to the Palácio de Cristal Gardens must be either through the vehicle gate or the underground parking lot. Parking for people with reduced mobility has to be done in the underground parking lot, which has access to the gardens by lift.
Access to the Super Bock Arena is made through the following places:
- Floor 0 - through any external access door to the event
- Floor -1 - through the gate next to the lake
- The movement between one floor and another is done by lift.

APP
The official APP for the event will be available around 4 weeks before the event date on the APP Store for iOS and the PlayStore for Android devices. All you have to do is search for the Thinking Football Summit.
In order to access the Application, create an account with the e-mail address you used to purchase your ticket.
Yes, the APP will be the only means to access the ticket.
Access and click on the central button of the App. You will be presented with a QRCode that will serve as your entry to the event.
In addition to access to the event, the full schedule for each day, as well as the list of speakers, will also be available. You can also fill out your attendee profile, network with attendees, build your own agenda, attend live panel discussions, and much more.
You should fill in all the fields mentioned for a more immersive networking experience.

In the agenda section, you will find the full list of conferences. If you want to add any conference to your favourites, just click on the star icon.
In the menu - book table - you have to book the desired room and day. You can also add the person you want to book the table with.
On the central button of the App, on the networking page, you will have your identification QRCode. If you want to add someone you met, just scan the other person's ID QRCode.
On the main page, under the “Speakers List”, you will find a list of all the Speakers who will be attending the conferences. By clicking on the individual profile, you will have access to all the sessions in which this speaker will participate.
ACCREDITATION
You will need to head to the Accreditation Point and follow these steps:
1) Show the QRCode on the APP
2) Wear the credential and wristband
3) Enter the venue
If you wish to leave the venue and return only the following day, you must register your exit from the event.
