Less than a month away, the themes to be addressed at the Grand Professional Football Fair are defined.
The Thinking Football Summit is less than a month away from its second edition, to be held between 7 and 9 September at the Super Bock Arena in Porto. Following the tremendous success of the inaugural edition, the Grand Professional Football Fair already has its program defined.
Across the four stages of the event (TFS Stage, Arena Stage, The Academy, and Talent Room), renowned national and international speakers will share their knowledge and experience, including club leaders like Frederico Varandas (Sporting CP), Pinto da Costa (FC Porto) and Rui Costa (SL Benfica). Also in live speech, the Thinking Football Summit will provide the opportunity to hear from Pedro Proença (President of Liga Portugal), Javier Tebas (President of LaLiga) and Antero Henrique (Sporting Director Qatar Stars League), as well as David Aganzo (FIFPro), Bruno Cheyrou (Women's Football Director), Ornella Desirée Bellia (FIFA Director of Professional Football Relations and Development) or Caroline Buckland (Oracle Red Bull Racing Team).
There are still panels to be finalised and speakers to be announced, but approaches to topics such as 'Game philosophy in a multi-club structure', 'The power of lower-level leagues', 'Enhancing fan experience through modernization of sports venues', issues such as whether clubs will become true multinational entities, transfers, emphasis on youth development, and the state of women's football are guaranteed to be covered.
