Liga Portugal, the entity responsible for the organisation and supervision of the top two leagues – Liga Bwin (1st Division) and Liga SABSEG (2nd Division) – and of the Allianz Cup (the League Cup in English) will attend and present at the upcoming iWorkinSport Job Fair.
LP’s representatives will take part in all activities dedicated to the event’s partners and exhibitors, such as a recruiters’ workshop, VIP dinner and an awards ceremony, and will also be present at the job fair. Although LP won’t have a stand this year, they will deliver a presentation about the company and especially about the Thinking Football Summit - a major international event focused on the business of football, which was launched last year and will have its second edition on 7th, 8th, and 9th of September, in Porto.
iWorkinSport founder and CEO, Joao Frigerio, said: “We’re delighted to expand our collaboration with Liga Portugal. Last year, we had a stand at their inaugural Thinking Football Summit, and now we’ll have the pleasure to welcome them to our event. As someone who has seen from within the great work that they are doing, I believe that our audience will very much enjoy seeing what they have to present, and will certainly learn a lot from them too”.
João Medeiros Cardoso, Sponsorship and Commercial Director at Liga Portugal said: “It is a pleasure to extend this partnership with iWorkinSport for one more year. Together with them, LP can connect with the best candidates from different business schools. We can’t wait to be present in Lausanne, to connect with everyone and present what Liga Portugal does best and what Thinking Football Summit can offer to every one of you.”
The iWorkinSport Job Fair will take place on June 2nd at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne Switzerland. The event brings together recruiters from some of the most prestigious sports organisations and candidates looking for a new job opportunity in sport.
